Jeff Grundahl
President, NARI Certified Remodeler

Jeff Grundahl, President and NARI Certified Remodeler*, has more than 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry.  Jeff works to ensure JG’s business and customer relations exceed his expectations and focuses on delivering excellence and creating an enjoyable customer experience.  He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Victoria Richardson
Director of Internal Operations

Victoria Richardson, Director of Internal Operations, has 20 years of construction industry experience, and even more in accounting!  She manages the administrative staff and coordinates JG’s office operations.  She also works with clients on billings and construction draws.

Reeannon Graber
Administrative Associate

Reeannon Graber, Administrative Associate, provides excellent customer service to clients by keeping things running smoothly.

Michelle Milestone
Director of Marketing

Michelle Milestone, Director of Marketing, has 10 years of construction industry experience.  She manages JG’s marketing, public relations, advertising, company events and community support.

Randy Ziebarth
Sales/Building Consultant,
NARI Certified Remodeler and NARI Universal Design Certified Professional

Randy Ziebarth, Sales & Building Consultant, NARI Certified Remodeler* and NARI Universal Design Certified Professional*, has more than 25 years in the construction industry.  Randy specializes in project design, scope and budget.  He listens and identifies clients’ wants and needs and provides assistance in making decisions that are specific to the project scope.  By working closely with every client he helps to create a stress free experience.  Randy brings together project design and investment to keep things on track!  He ensures that every project is completed according to the client’s direction.

Mary Grundahl
Director of Sales & Business Development

Mary Grundahl, Director of Sales & Business Development, manages JG’s sales team and conducts JG’s business development and public affairs related activities.  She is actively involved in local outreach efforts and community activities, and facilitates JG’s seminar and special event planning and implementation.  Mary also heads up JG’s real estate division, JG & Associates Real Estate Company, LLC.

Jesse Schlimgen
Director of Construction, NARI Certified Remodeler

Jesse Schlimgen, Director of Construction and NARI Certified Remodeler*, has over 20 years of construction experience.  He manages the architectural and interior design departments and entire field staff, and is the master project scheduler on all JG projects.  This is the man who, ensures that all projects are on time and on budget and that JG delivers the highest possible quality on each and every project!

Jay Weichmann
Foreman, NARI Certified Lead Carpenter

Jay Weichmann, Foreman and NARI Certified Lead Carpenter*, creates the schedules for JG’s carpenters and oversees the scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers for all JG projects.  Jay conducts daily onsite inspections to monitor each site’s progress and to ensure schedules are maintained.  He also works alongside subcontractors and has direct contact with JG clients to ensure a smooth process for all JG clients.

Logan Rue
Foreman, NARI Certified Lead Carpenter

Logan Rue, Foreman and NARI Certified Lead Carpenter*, oversees carpenters at each active JG job site and works with subcontractors to ensure smooth operation.  Logan also works side by side with carpenters and communicates with JG clients to ensure that all needs are being met.

Amanda Funk
Lead Designer & Product Specialist,
Allied Member of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID)

Amanda Funk, Lead Designer & Product Specialist and Allied Member ASID, graduated from the Art Institutes International-Minneapolis with an Associate’s degree in Interior Design.  She maintains a solid line of communication with clients and works alongside them to coordinate and assist with all design concepts and material selections.  Amanda facilitates color, texture, layout and overall design on every project for both interior and exterior surfaces.  She excels at simplifying the design process and ensuring all design decisions and changes are accounted for and communicated to all team members.  Amanda also provides other interior design services when requested.

*NARI Certified Remodelers and NARI Certified Lead Carpenters are professionals who have demonstrated very strong skills and achievements in their line of work.

NARI Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCPs) are Certified Remodelers (CRs) who have been working in the field for at least 5 years.  To become a UDCR, candidates must possess seven principles in universal design, client needs assessment, construction process required to support installation of related components and the trades associated with universal remodeling.

NARI Certified Remodelers (CRs) provide a full range of remodeling services, and possess skill and knowledge in a broad range of business management and technical skill areas.

NARI Certified Lead Carpenters (CLCs) are the hands-on field personnel who oversee every aspect of the project, customer satisfaction, personnel management, administration, etc. while working on the project.
