JG Development takes pride in being a custom builder with extensive knowledge in: Natural Element Homes which consist of log, beam, timber and hybrid building systems, award winning remodeling/restoration services and commercial construction/remodeling. JG is also a building consultant for Tennessee Log & Timber Company of Athens, TN. We can provide you with a complete log/timberframe home package if you wish to purchase materials only.


	Design-Materials-Build

The Design-Materials-Build Solution is a comprehensive, systematic approach with the end results in mind. It ensures that every project begins with an original concept, develops into a solid plan and emerges as a distinctive, customized completed project. Put simply, we are a one stop shop for everything: design, materials and build. Our team can provide timely decision making, control the functional quality, accuracy and save you money through design and construction time. The exclusive combination of architectural portfolios, distinctive natural elements, ultra-efficient construction methods and Green Building provides you with the complete Design-Materials-Build Solution.


	Design

	JG Development offers in-house design services. Choose from one of the many existing plans or design one yourself. All you need to do is bring in your ideas, wants and needs and let our Design Team start putting your ideas to paper.

	Materials

	The natural features of your building site can be enhanced by your selection of multiple wood species, natural building elements and distinctive log and timber elements. Elements can be used to create many architectural styles. Most plans can be built using a variety of systems/materials to create a unique or custom finished product.

	Build

	JG Development provides full service, in-house construction. We staff a full crew of top notch employees who ensure each project is completed to your satisfaction.
